Website Migration Update


I moved the website to a new host, which I think will be more tolerant of the content this website hosts. Nevertheless, I do want to take a moment to remind everyone that the stories and content posted here MUST follow website rules, as it it not only my policy, but it is the policy of the hosts that permit our website to run on their servers. We WILL continue to enforce the rules, especially critical rules that, if broken, put this sites livelihood in jeapordy.

THE HALLOWEEN FROM HELL
PART TWO: ESCAPE FROM THE VAMPIRE QUEEN.

I've decided to post this in three installments instead of two, the last part will be up on Halloween.

As soon as Daria left with her vampire entourage Gina and I begun testing our bonds and soon gave up. The vampires could tie good knots, and the only chance we had was to maneuver so Gina and I could work on each other bonds. But the tape that held our already bound wrists to the table legs prevented that. Steffi sat still, I guessed (rightly) that she had already tired to free herself and failed.

I thought about a couple of questions. I had not seen Melissa since our meeting at the party. Where was she? She would not go along with any midnight dunking. And did Daria really mean that or was she just trying to scare us? Daria was a bitch but that big a bitch? Daria was very good at stopping her bitchiness just short of getting in trouble.

Her mom (Who I knew from church ) a very nice person was not pleased with what her daughter had become and was looking for an excuse to lower the boom. Maybe tonight would provide that but I hoped it would be without a midnight bath for us...

I glanced over at Gina and noticed she was doing something with her hands. I could not see what. But a couple of minutes of later she pulled her wrists away form the table leg. She had found a way to free her wrist from the tape which secured them to the leg. Later she told me that the vampires had made one mistake and left a small corner of the tape loose. She had been pulling at it ever since she felt the corner and at last tore it loose from the leg. Now she could move to me and we could work at each other's bonds. Gina rolled toward me but found out her bound wrists could not reach the knors on my hands because of the tape still on my hands. Gina then sat up, slowly stood up and hopped toward Steffi.

Later she said she wanted to have us untied and out of there before the a vampire checked in. The promised check every five minutes was not happening (it had been about fifteen minutes before the first vampire checked up on us). but one could walk in at any minute.

Gina had decided that she had a better chance of freeing Steffi's hands in time than mine. She hopped over to Steffi, knelt down and begun working on Steffi's bound wrists. It took about ten minutes but the ropes dropped from Steffi's wrists and in another five minutes Gina was untying her ankles while Steffi was untying my wrists.

"How did they grab you", I asked.

It turned out that Steffi had chased a couple of vampires who got away. Steffi, determined to bag at least one had ventured in the lair and gotten the same rush we did. I found out later this was tactic they used on a lot of people: lure them into an ambush. But most of their victims they just "Bit" with their red Magic markers and let go. Only we three on the orders of Daria were taken prisoner. Daria had conned the girl who originated the vampire party idea into making her the queen. She was one of the few friends Daria had. The host was a nice kid; no accounting for tastes.

Now that we were untied the next stage was to get the hell out of there. We had decided to leave the studio and leave through the downed chain link fence and take the bike trail in the park to the nearest park entrance and then decide whether to return to the party we had come from or just head home. I looked out the studio window to see if anyone was coming. Someone was.

I whispered "Someone's coming" and we automatically went to the side of the door.

"Lets rush them" I said. Gina Whispered to Steffi "Just do what he does". My idea was to let the vampire open the door, walk in, then we would rush out and make for the fence gap.

The door opened and I heard a British voice say "Are you chaps all right?"

It was the missing Mel. and my plan fell apart. Melissa stopped in the doorway and looked where she expected to see three bound and gagged prisoners and saw nothing. She opened her mouth as if to yell but didn't get any farther because Steffi - usually the gentlest of the lot of us reached out, grabbed Mel with one arm and put the hand of the other arm over Mel's mouth.

Gina joined in, grabing both of Mel's arms. Steffi said "If you promise not to yell I will take away my hand". Melissa nodded her agreement and Steffi lifted her hand--but Steffi told Gina to keep hold of Mel. "She is now our prisoner" Steffi said.

"Where have you been" I asked. "Know what the Queen Bitch has been up to?"

"I know she took you lot prisoners but that is part of the game, isn't it?" Mel said.

Yeah, but throwing people in ponds is not! I told her about Daria's threat..

Mel seemed surprised. "She was just trying to scare you. Besides I would have put a stop to that" Later we learned that Mel had learned who the prisoners were only a few minutes before and had immediately gone out to see if we were OK.

"Maybe, but I'm not taking chances. We're outta here".

Melissa then went into what Gina called her Kamikaze mode. When Melissa became involved with a game, a prank, or a party she did it with the singlemindeness of a WW2 Japanese pilot preparing to make his last flight. She would stop when it became apparent it was getting really dangerous or really cruel but other then that Mel would party, play, or prank until the last cow had come home.

Mel said "I can't let you do that, chaps"

"What?"

"I wouldn't be a good vampire if I let captive Vampire killers escape. I promise you you won't be dunked and I'll see if you can just be locked in under guard instead of tied up". Fat chance with Daria in charge, I thought. Mel was sincere- underneath the zaniness she had a kind heart and meant real harm to no one but I thought she was overestimating her influence with her fellow vampires. And undeerestimating Daria vindictiveness.

Steffi had stepped away when Mel first said she could not let us go. Steffi liked Mel but was familiar with her in game mode. Steffi called it going into Cloud Cuckoo Land. Steffi picked up the roll of adheisive tape and while Mel was trying to convice us to stay as prisoners Steffi tore off a piece of tape.

I replied "No way we are staying here with Daria in charge"

Mel said "You lot are leaving me no choice" and opened her mouth to yell, But Steffi was ready. Mel had only time for a short yelp before Steffi had gagged her with the strip of tape... Gina had taken the next step: she told Steffi to throw her a piece of rope and she begun tying Melissa's hands behind her. Melissa did not fight back.

"Sorry Mel", I said, "but since tying and gagging prisoners is allowed in this game we're going to leave you here bound and gagged for your fellow vampires to find after we make a get away"

Mel accepted that we had captured her fair and square.I then asked her to sit down in the chair as I picked up a piece of rope to tie her feet with.But Steffi, seeing what I was going to do said "No! We will take her with us so there will be one less vampire to kill when we return". Both Gina and I gave her a "Are you crazy" look.But Steffi gave us a quick one minute synopsis of her idea. And we both thought it was a great idea.

"Great idea, Steffi, but what are we going to do with our little Brit Vampire here?.When they find her she will blow the plan"

"That is why we must take her with us.You mentioned your parents will not be back until midnight.What time is It?"

I checked my watch. "Just 9:45" Incredibly enough for all that happened it had been around 8:45 when Gina and I set out on our seach\vampire Hunt.

"We can take her to your house, and your Sister can keep her prisoner until the Vampire Killing is over. It should be finished by Eleven".

"Great Steffi, lets walk around with a tied and gagged prisoner. The SWAT Team will love to meet you."

"I have a plan for that. I will put my large cape and hood on Mel to hide the fact she is tied up. It will be hard to tell without looking close. It is foggy. And since it was
Halloween anyone seeing us will asssume it is just a Halloween game.And since we are going by the bike trail we will meet few people except for the last few blocks"

"OK,but only if Mel agrees . She's going to have to cover for us if we are stopped"

I turned to Mel "At my house you be a lot more comfortable than if we left you here. You will be out of hearing for you Vampire buddies so you can be ungagged although knowing you in your game playing\kamikazi mode You'll still be tied up. Chris will see you are as comfortable. as possible under the circumstances;.We even have cable tv for you to watch.Are you along for this one?"

Mel thought for a moment then nodded. So the plan was made. We would go to my house equip ourselves for the attack, leave Mel, probably tied up, with Chris, and return to kick vampire butt.

I stuck my head out the door, No one there. Just sounds of partying from the house.

We rushed out the door and headed toward the gap in the fence. We went through the gap to the embankment. Still no reaction. Later Mel told us one reason she agreed to be taken away was she was afraid she would spend most of the evening bound and gagged in the studio because her fellow vampires were too busy partying to check on the prisoners.

We headed up the embankment. Mel had to be helped climbing the embankment. It is not easy to up even a shallow slope with your hands tied behind you. But we got over and hit the paved bike trail. We had escaped the from the Vampire Queen. But now we wanted payback and to kick serious vampire butt. So we hurried on down the trail to get ready for the counterattack
