In the not-too-distant future, space travel is finally available to the general public for little more than it costs to take any other type of vacation on earth. While a handful of well-established organizations offer such fantastic experiences—one in particular stands out for a very unique reason. The company, SpaceBound, was founded for the specific purpose of providing bondage-themed adventures which are, quite literally, out of this world. SpaceBound operates a permanent presence in low earth orbit, known as the SubStation—affectionately referred to by many temporary residents as the “Floating Dungeonâ€. All guests are provided private accommodations, and may call the SubStation home anywhere from a couple days to a week. For (not so purely) safety reasons, all guests are provided locking leather sleepsacks in their rooms at no additional cost. For solo travelers, complimentary assistance is available, ensuring an extremely secure and comfortable night’s sleep for everyone aboard.
Not an exhaustive list, but the following represents a list of kink-related amenities, experiences, and adventures that guests can look forward to:
- AirLock (aka the Plasma Prison): A floating prison, with several cells. This area is stocked with a wide variety of restraints and materials in which to be bound.
- The AstroSphere: An amenity specializing in extreme sensory deprivation. In this (rather large) heavily padded orb, guests may find themselves tightly hogtied or mummified, hooded, and gagged—simply floating around in the orb, often for hours at a time.
- Galaxy Escape: An escape challenge consisting of multiple rooms. Having been abducted by aliens (who appear to be kinda kinky), guests initially find themselves strapped to a floating bed, and must make their way to a waiting escape pod.
- TUG-Tag: Guests team up in a large open arena to play a not-so-traditional game of tag. With each player’s arms and legs securely tied or cuffed, they must find a way to float to, and away from, other guests. With every game, their restraints get more complex—making movements (especially in a zero-G environment) all the more difficult. Variations, to include Capture the Flag (TUG-CTF) are also a fan favorite aboard SubStation.
- FreePlay Arena: A well-stocked floating dungeon offering different areas for multiple types of play. Floating cages, crosses, and countless restraint points are all found within the Arena. A favorite hang-out area for guests. Here, professional “AstroDoms†can also be found—ready and willing to engage with guests in whatever playtime sessions they may have in mind.
- XtremePod: A single-person pod, in which a guest is tightly bound to his/her specification. Most commonly, guests are bound in either a hogtie or spreadeagle position. Once restraints are applied and securely locked, the tethered pod is ejected from SubStation’s launch bay. With a tether length of 100 meters and a 180-degree view of only the Earth and the void of open space—XtremePod provides guests with a unique “solitary confinement†experience that isn’t for the faint of heart. Overnight sessions are available.
- SleepSuit: Our newest—and perhaps most extreme—bondage experience provided by SpaceBound. An innovative combination between a spacesuit and a highly-secure sleepsack. Guests are trapped and left completely immobilized as they helplessly float, while tethered, meters away from the confines of the SubStation complex. With nothing but a victim’s thoughts and the blackness of space as company, this is a kink enthusiast’s perfect blend of inescapable isolation and bondage bliss!
