I would love to read a meta story such as one where a female author of romance or mystery novels has written the main character as a self-insert of herself and takes great pleasure writing the tie-up scene in the book imaging it was happening to her.
Or the author of a Nancy Drew, girl detective type book series inspired by her own daughter, whom she has fantasies about seeing tied up and so she writes those imagined tie up scenes into the book.

I moved the website to a new host, which I think will be more tolerant of the content this website hosts. Nevertheless, I do want to take a moment to remind everyone that the stories and content posted here MUST follow website rules, as it it not only my policy, but it is the policy of the hosts that permit our website to run on their servers. I like the idea. Along similar lines, you could have an author who wants to write a scene or two about her heroine kidnapped and asks a friend, her agent/cleaner etc. instead of tying her up fir about half an hour as she expected, she is kept tied up for a whole week. Initially she pleads for release, but as the week goes on really begins to appreciate her helplessness and how much better she can write the character.
