Agatha moves into town M/F

"Now, what is the matter, cousin Henry? You look like someone who's won the Mother of all jackpots, just to lose it all again!" Agatha snapped. She stood in front of an impressively large fireplace. Despite it being a very hot summers' day, she was dressed in a white, long sleeved and high necked lace blouse, a heavily embroidered, ankle long skirt, high heeled, black leather, button up ankle boots, and elbow length gloves. Her already slender waist had been squeezed into a tight corset.
"I thought you liked me dressing like this?" she swirled a couple of times, so the skirt billowed out around her.
"I do, my dear; I do! You look ravishing, as always." Henry sheepishly said, holding his hands behind his back. "it's just that we have to go out."
"Yes, I know. So; what?" She started sounding irritated, and gave him an intense look.
"Well, you know what the people in this town are like?" He scraped his foot, like a small boy in front of an angry parent or school master.
"Yes, I do. Again, so; what? Come on, will you! Don't make me drag it out of you. You know you wouldn't like it, if I had to."
"I know all too well, I wouldn't. Very well, then." he took a deep breath before continuing, "You do know you're now old enough for me to have to immobilize your hands, preferably behind your back, before we go out; don't you?" he blurted out. "Even though you're just visiting for a few days?" he hastily added, as she opened her mouth as if to protest.
"Yes, I know." She studied his face closely. Then her face lit up, when the penny dropped. "You weren't sure how I'd react to having my own wrists tied together; were you? You thought I'd go ballistic, or something; didn't you?" She tenderly took his face in her hands, and looked him deep in the eyes. "Oh, Henry!" she chuckled. "Don't you know I've been waiting for that to happen for many years now? I've even asked my brother to cuff my hands a couple of times, when we're outside, albeit in the privacy of our back garden. So you see; I come prepared!" she winked. "The only thing I hadn't prepared for, were the clothes I had to wear being so uncomfortable!" She squirmed around, trying ,unsuccessfully, to make them fit a bit better.
It was true, she wanted to experience the sensation of being as helpless as she would be, when dressed like she was, and being deprived the use of her hands, and at the mercy of another person, albeit one she trusted as much as she trusted her cousin. So she resolutely snatched the handcuffs from him, and started putting them on her wrists, even managing to lock them behind her back.
"There!" she said. "Ready to go out!"
"No; not quite." he said as he walked over to a bureau, pulled out the top drawer, and took out a red foam rubber ball with leather straps attached to it. Then he took out another, curious-looking leather device consisting of two leather straps with buckles, connected by a short leather band
"You have to let me know, if this is uncomfortable. Promise me!" He still had the same anxious look on his face.
"I promise! Now; put it in, already, so we can have that walk around town you promised me when I got here!"
O,K!"
She opened her mouth as wide as she could, and he placed the soft ball behind her teeth, and loosely buckled the straps behind her head.
"O.K?"
She pressed her tongue against the ball, and found she could almost push it out like that. "Ngo." she shook her head. "Oo wooshe! kighteng ik ush oj" ("No. Too loose! Tighten it much more!")
"You want it tighter?"
"Ng-hng!" she nodded.
O.K; your wish is my command!" He tightened the straps a couple of notches.
"Better?" She again tried to push the ball out, and when she found it wasn't going anywhere, she nodded.
He asked her to sit on a stool, before bending down, and pulling her skirt up, to just above her knees. She realized then, that the strange contraption would be used to cuff her knees together, to prevent her from walking too fast.
"It doesn't hurt?"he asked when he had buckled everything in place. She shook her head. "O.K, then! Let's go!" He took a coil of chain, and locked one end of it around her waist, trapping her wrists to the small of her back, and the other around his left wrist, opened the door, and gave the chain a light tug.
"O,K; then. Let's go!" he smiled.
It took her a few moments to find her balance, now that she had lost the use her hands, and couldn't use her legs the way she was used to, but she soon was able to enjoy the walk, as much as all the other couples enjoying a leisurely walk. Every once in a while, Henry stopped and talked to someone he knew, but always being careful to introduce her first, as his cousin from the Big City on a short visit, and when the boys or men (some of whom had one or more girls or women in tow) they met asked her if she enjoyed being in their Small Village, and she looked around and nodded. When asked if she would like to live there, she looked at her cousin and shrugged, which he interpreted as: "She arrived only a couple of hours ago, so I'm not sure she's prepared to answer that question just yet. Let's give her some time to decide, shall we?"
After having walked around town for the best part of two hours, he took her to a café. He placed her in a chair, took the gag out, and locked the chain he had around his wrist to the back of the chair, before going over to the counter and buying them coffee and biscuits. "Are you still O.K?" he asked, when he came back.
"M-hm!" she nodded. "My mouth's a bit sore, but that's to be expected I suppose, as being gagged for so long is new to me. But I'm not worried, and neither should you. I know I can get used to it. I always do."
He lifted a cup with a straw in it to her mouth, and she took a sip.
"Mmm. The coffee tastes good!" she sighed.
"So; how'd you like our little stroll?" he wanted to know.
"Loving it!" she replied, her mouth full of biscuit.
"So, the next time someone asks, I can tell them you'd like to stay?"
"Like you've said, over and over; let's give me some time to think it over; shall we?"
"O,K." he shrugged.
After having spent a restless night, being cuffed to the bed frame, and dressed in a blanket pyjama, she gave Henry her decision.
"Yes, Henry," she solemnly said, "I want to stay here."
"I thought you liked me dressing like this?" she swirled a couple of times, so the skirt billowed out around her.
