GINO
(An Experiment)
Each post, other than this intro, will be exactly 200 words of narrative (British English rules) as adjudicated upon by my spell-checker. I’d like to know if it works. Comments welcome and might even make the next episodes appear more quickly.
OK. Here goes.
GINO (1)
The plan had been carefully made and it was now time to put it into action. I was well hoodied-up so that even my nose was not exposed. For goodness’ sake, why did I have to do this sort of thing in the summer? Nevertheless, I rang the doorbell.
You’d think he would have known better, really, wouldn’t you? At not yet 12 years-old and less than 1.5 metres tall, he couldn’t even see out of the spy-hole in the door. Even so he opened the door.
“Hello, there’s nobody else here at the minute.” You might think that was not the best advised opening remark but he did continue by asking if he could help in any way. He was a dark, curly-haired, sturdy kid who was wearing only his black swimming costume. He was obviously on his way down to that luxurious indoor pool in the basement when I rang the doorbell. Yes, this place was very swish indeed, and I knew that not only were his parents away but so was his older brother. Things were going well.
“Hello, Gino, I’ve got a surprise for you.” Yes, as I said, plans had been very carefully made.

It's always nice when a plan starts off well, when the kidnappee is at home and answers the door..

Thank you @Alkaid90.
Thanks @WhereAmI. I must admit that the inspiration came from the notorious kidnap clip from "Operacion Condor".

Thanks @Red86 and @Gino.
Do you think @Ginos has an ulterior motive here?

I‘ll agree with my dear friend here
Very interesting start. Give me some home invasion or kidnapping vibes, but we‘ll see

I am very eager to read the continuation of the story.
Will the older brother be added to the story?
I am waiting.

GINO (2)
“Now, I’m sure you want to cooperate, don’t you?” The little guy nodded animatedly. I grabbed his torso just underneath his armpits. He reassured me that he didn’t want me to hurt him. I rushed him backwards through the spacious reception hall, and through a couple of other rooms (Did I say that his parents were loaded?) until we reached a generous utility room.
I shoved him, quite gently, against a large freezer. “Turn around and face the freezer. Hands behind your back.” He seemed happy to do as he was told. “Just don’t move, OK?”
“Please don’t hurt me, Mister.”
“Call me, ‘Sir’”
“Yes, Sir.” He did exactly as I asked as I picked up a depleted roll of black duct tape from a nearby shelf.
“Hands palm to palm and don’t try anything funny.” Once Gino had done so and I had wrapped three layers of the shiny, black tape around his wrists, I thought that he should be fairly defenceless but why stop there?
There was still some tape left so, as planned, I ripped off a short length and ordered Gino to turn round. He did so and I moulded he tape carefully over his eyes.

I wonder if Gino is enjoying his surprise of being kidnapped, I certainly hope so. Using a depleted roll of black duct tape doesn't give much room for mistakes when binding up even a person as small as Gino.
These short little vignettes are great, I sure hope this kidnapping is going to involve the trunk of a car and a super secret hideaway.
Good luck Gino, I hope the kidnapper doesnt hurt you, Be a good obedient victim.
