Looking for 'Escape' by Kyle?

Hey all, I'm looking for an old story, I'm pretty sure the username that posted it was Kyle. It was pretty simple - one chapter, captive's POV (genderless) who is tied to a chair and gagged after a kidnapping, then makes his escape by rubbing his wrists bonds on a desk, and nearly makes it out the door before he is caught, dragged back into the room and tied to the chair more thoroughly than before.

Someone actually has found it for me once, but I failed to properly repost it in the archives and so it got taken down. So - can anyone help me out one more time on this and I'll be sure to get it to its proper home? It was always a favorite of mine. Thanks!

You're in luck, I still have it. I think it's the only one of the few stories I wrote on one of the old sites I still have. I'm kind of surprised someone really liked it. It was an idea I remember getting on the spur of the moment from some commercial in another country I saw on the Internet.

I posted it under the title "No Escape."

Believe it or not, this story in particular made me realize I was a switch. I think it's the fact that it's written from a 1st-person POV, with no specified gender and seemed "realistic" in that there wasn't a dungeon aesthetic or anything particularly outlandish made me able to think "oh, it's actually pretty exciting to think of MYSELF being the one tied to that chair."
