Dissapointed with panty gag (no flavour). Tell me your experience

As a fan of pantyhoods, I was eager to try pantygags. However, I was disappointed not to notice any taste. I tried it with a pair of panties that had been worn for full day. On another occasion, I tried a thong that had also been worn for a day. Both times it had a smell, but when I put them in my mouth, I haven't noticed any taste.
Since I couldn't taste them, I took them out. If I had left them in longer, would I have noticed a taste?
I wished they had a terrible taste, but they didn't even have a faint taste...

For how long had they been used?
How long was it kept in mouth for? How unpleasant was the taste?
Was there a time it was unpleasant enough to be truly torturous? I would appreciate any advice on how to have that experience.
