I don’t think I’m allowed to suggest tying up and gagging a bunch of 11 year old girls and locking them in the cellar for three hours. So if I’m not please delete this post.

lol that would probably be an ideal solution for the mom that was hosting it.

But maybe you can make it a kind of scavenger hunt: The daughter sits somewhere on a chair, tied and gagged, with a timer as a fake bomb on her lap. The other children have to find clues everywhere and solve puzzles to find the daughter before the time runs out and the "bomb" explodes.
If you want something a little more thrilling (and it's a very hot day), you could, for example, attach balloons filled with water above her head that a needle bursts when the time runs out....
