If you haven’t already done so, I’d definitely recommend having a discussion with your wife about your desire to be kept tied up for a while after having sex…and even about her willingness to tie you up when you need some bondage time. My wife (of about 20 years as well and who is definitely more of a vanilla type) helps me out whenever I need to be tied up—which has actually been a lot lately (due to work stress, I’m thinking).
