Do you knows where can I buy zip ties? On what kind of shop?

Along with rope and duct tape, I would think most hardware stores carry zip ties.

In the UK there are plenty of hardware stores such as Screwfix, B&Q, Toolstation. Or you can get them online, have a look at Amazon.

Are you able to buy from an online store? I’d recommend looking at Handcuff Warehouse: https://www.handcuffwarehouse.com

Under their “Disposable Restraints” section, they’ve got single and double-look zip ties that function just like handcuffs. Some are able to be double-locked as well, which prevent them from over-tightening once placed on wrists or ankles. A few of them can also be unlocked with a standard handcuff key as well, so that’s kinda interesting. Either way, you can also just cut them off just as with a standard zip tie. For what it’s worth, I think they also sell a special tool for cutting the restrains off, which is probably safer than just using a standard pair of scissors.
