It was late on a Friday afternoon when police got a call for a noise complaint at an apartment near the town's university. Inside they heard some shuffling after the knock before a woman opened the door from the other side. "What do you want? I'm kind of busy here." The woman said. The officers' eyes widened at what she was wearing. An all black latex catsuit with a long zipper in front that was pulled about 3/4 of the way up, boots that went up to her knees and long black latex gloves as well. "We received a call about a noise complaint and disturbance. We've come to investigate here. Can you please open up and let us in? Edit responded. Doctor Olga Vukavitch (Justina Vail), a Russian doctor who worked in the Russian version of the Backstep Project, which, without any technology from the Roswell crash, never reached operational level. Meanwhile, terrorists blow up the Statue of Liberty which precipitates a back step which will also undo the wedding. The terrorists are caught and Frank comes to realize he married the wrong Olga. He not only saves the Statue of Liberty, but also Donovan and the real Olga?
