This is the easiest answer for me. I'm an emotional person and I picture myself as a boy who needs love and care. I understand the role of power in a DOM + SUB relationship and I would fully show my DOM the respect he deserves, but if he lacks the means or desire to connect to me emotionally, then it's not going to be a great experience for me. A stoic DOM would take me out of the moment, make things feel…WRONG…as though I am not loved and cherished, even if that's not true. Although stoic DOMS often make some people feel more safe, I feel LESS safe thinking about it. I guess to make it sound sensible, stoicism makes me feel trapped in a way, whereas a playful DOM would tease me, unleash his mischievous games onto my helpless body, and connect with me through humor, making me feel safe enough to give him some “brat” moments, giving him a little boundary push.

Very Attentive: 9

This one is probably the most wide range of possible answers. I can appreciate and become aroused easily with an aloof DOM like Andrew, binding me up and leaving me alone, ignoring me, as if to say “You are my new bedroom decoration.” However, I can be just as aroused by Joshua, constantly toying with me or…DARE I SAY…Brody! The attention from them, the constant touching, practically never leaving my side…equally enjoyable. So I guess this comes down to what is more enjoyable and how this answer will tie in to explain the others. And…I definitely think an Attentive DOM suits me well. In my mind, if you are gonna turn me into a trussed up human sock washer, don’t ignore me TOO MUCH. I also am very turned on with the idea of a strong hand smothering my gagged face and grasping my body, an attentive experience for sure!

Somewhat Strict/Excessive: 6

This one is more middle ground for me. I like the idea of taking care of my DOM, adhering his commands, knowing my place, and following his lead. He is the KING, I am his BOY. However, venturing too far to the extremes here poses different problems for me.Too strict and excessive, the power dynamic leaves me feeling unsafe and more of an object rather than a person. Too lax and minimalist, and I am left without direction or a sense of being taken care of, again feeling unsafe. I am happy to push my own boundaries and overcome fears and limitations, but I need a DOM who is okay with loosening his control and negotiating a good pace for both of us.. A DOM + SUB relationship that starts and ends in the bedroom only with no set boundaries or maintained controlled power over me feels…empty to me. So yeah, a good balance is ideal with a slight shift towards a more strict dynamic.

Somewhere in between Silent and Talkative: 5

Again, very middle ground on this one, more so than the previous. That silent moment, being trussed up, ropes biting into my skin, a thick, fuming sock stuffed into my mouth, all the while my muscular kidnapper says a few words to me, perhaps to calm my nerves and reassure me that I am a good boy for sitting still…or perhaps more commanding, telling me to open wide and take his foot stinker. But…just as well, a more silent and uncompromising display of dominance yields an equal response of arousal and control. So yeah, both approaches yield a relatively equal response with the extremes as less than ideal. Speak to me, tease me, encourage me, express your disappointment, put me in my place through words…or use expressions and smirks or frowns, establishing control, just don’t take either to the extreme.

Quite Sadistic: 7

Oh boy! Yeah, im sure if any of you have read my earlier comments when I began this journey of reading the Bondagefreak stories and delving into this wonderful world…I was giving A LOT of signals in my posts that clearly indicated an aversion to MANY of the characters and their…ANTICS. But…after spending some time growing, reflecting, and to be perfectly frank…putting my emotions in check! I admit that I enjoy a lot of teasing, tickling, foot and shoe sniffing, and even breath control. YEAH! I cannot believe I am admitting it, but if I have a DOM that makes me feel safe enough, I can absolutely enjoy that experience, even though it would be a little nerve wracking. Mercy is equally appealing too, but the sweet spots edges closer to sadism. I guess it really comes down to WHAT exactly my DOM wants to do and how he presents the sadism. A Brody would be arousing, but deeply disturbing, making me feel unsafe. A Ryan feels closer to what is ideal, but his teasing and verbal aggression is a bit too intense as is his tendency to be merciless without a little compassion. They match well in their use of sadism, but the content of their actions or the presentation is problematic, like Brody’s extreme aggression and predatorial intensity. Again, feeling SAFE matters a lot to me and I’ve come to understand this a lot more thanks to the Bondagefreak stories.

Highly Assertive: 8

I hope I am interpreting this correctly. When I think of Passive, I think of a DOM that exerts control in a subtle way, receives service from their SUB, and creates a space of trust. Honestly, I would be pretty much okay with this, but I don’t think it's my preference. If I look at my other explanations, I gravitate more towards a leadership, take charge DOM. I seek to serve his needs, acts of service being my expressed love language. In other words, by providing service to my partner, I am showing affection. But anyway, after carefully weighing the options, I prefer that strong leadership and aura of confidence from an assertive DOM. It all goes back to feeling safe and as long as he is very playful, precise with his sadism, and attuned to our emotional connect, I would be his good boy, listening and obeying, serving him well.

Stoic - Playful: 8. I generally tend to lean towards those more... jocky and play with your prey types of characters; and generally that comes with playfulness... but also would rather them have some sense of no nonsense so I decided on submitting an 8!

Aloof - Attentive: 9. I mean, I would have put this as a ten, just because again, I love characters who play with their bound victims but also, sometimes being left alone can be the best tease and can be dominant at times so a 9, it is.


Lax - Strict/Excessive: 10. As hard as possible please! The more restrictive and "painful" it is, the better! It's all about loss of control and being gagged with the worst and biggest gag possible is obviously better.


Silent - Mouthy: 7. The humiliating things and just generally degradation that comes about with words is just sooo hot, but I don't want them constantly talking my ear off.

Merciful - Sadistic: 10. I believe I've gone over this but the more sadistic characters actions really get me, like Brad, the new Wolf and especially Brad.

Passive - Assertive: 9. This does just lean towards the stuff I said before, assertiveness is key.

To this day, I still consider myself as dom/leaning switch. Meaning if I'm in the mood, I'll switch but I don't exactly like giving up control or submitting. I kind of just enjoy being tied up on my terms but I do allow the dom to have some lead way of what they can do pending on my mood at the time.

Stoic/playful. Definitely needs to be more on the playful side while still being within my limits. Aloof/attentive. I don't mind being tied and having a full on conversation. I also don't mind being played with some to. But many times I just enjoy being left to zone out and/or sleep as long as I know they'll be keeping a eye on me. Sensory deprivation is great for this purpose. Lax/Strict. If we were talking about the amount of restraints, this answer be totally opposite. However considering I'm more or less only looking to be tied, not not dommed per sa, I think 2 would be an acceptable answer. Silent/mouthy. I feel like middle ground is where I fall on this one. Merciful/Sadistic. Don't necessarily need to be 100% merciful but don't over do it and piss me off. Passive/Assertive. I honestly don't know where I truly would fall on this one but middle ground is probably about right.

Hahaha I definitely agree with that statement!

I wasnt exactly sure who I'd get paired with but I didn't think it was going to be Nick. I could be friends with him but there's no way I'd willingly let him tie/dom me. In fact, the only two out this particular group I'd even consider is either Zach or Erick. But Erick is still a wildcard since we haven't learned a ton about him yet.

And as I stated in the poll answers, I'm not looking to be dommed per sa. I only like to be tied up for basically relaxing purposes and maybe a little bit of other shenanigans. So technically non of these guys are a good match for me. For my style of play, I perfer sub leaning switches. Though I'll play with pure switches and pure subs to. I can't see myself even playing with anyone that's pure dom unless we're co-domming other switches or subs.

Regardless, it was fun to see who I got paired with!
