That's why layering is a wonderful thing lol. OTMs and OTNs are great at hiding more oppressive gags like a stuff cleave gag or tape gags. All the aesthetic appeal of the classics while still being made helpless

For me it has to be Daphne. Whilst Penelope Pitstop was wearing boot that crash helmet always put my off for some reason.

I have it on good authority that hat was based on a 1920’s-30’s racing helmet which was in turn based on WW1 fighter pilots helmet. But I can be Daphne all the same

How about Heloiz Nurse from Animaniacs? That is one I would like to tie or be tied by. I would definitely do a chest tie on her to highlight her big boobs

The mom in Dexter's Lab would be lovely. Can definitely see her in a DiD situation with a nice cartoon tape gag.
On the opposite end of the spectrum, I rewatched Ghost in the Shell recently (and plan on getting around to Stand Alone Complex soon) and would love to be tied up by Motoko Kusanagi. She'd overpower me pretty easily.

I would talk about cartoons that stimulated my teens years tendency of these worlds.
So, the whole "Pantheon" of heroines who i wanted to capture.
Daphne blake, Nancy Drew, Sam of Totally Spies, Fujico Mine (Lupine III), Penny, Kim Possible, Jungle girl and I forget someone
Even, unknown heroines tied and gagged on the comic book covers from past years 50s, 60s, very beautiful .

1987 April O’Neil for sure. Fantasized tons of times about kidnapping her and tying her up when I was kid. I wanted to be the villain who grabbed her and took her to the hideout and tied her to the chair like she was tied in Burne’s Blues, only with a white gag instead of a pink one.
I also loved Penny when I was young and fell in love with the meddling sleuth trope. But April was first. One of my earliest memories is not understanding why my heart starting hammering so hard when she was abducted…

April O'Neil is a good one especially from the 80s. The other versions are boring but that one is a true woman damsel in distress
and her tied up are good scenes. I also wouldn't mind a good scene of the hex girls tied up. Or even in real life getting tied by all three of them and they could taunt me and humiliate me however they would like

Lets see now. I sometimes imagine being captured and tied up by characters like Wily Coyote or the koopa troopas from the Super Mario Super Show. Most other ones are just random what I can't think of at the top of my head.
EDIT: oh yeah just remembered. I've always imagined being captured by the Beagle Boys also.
