I like the aesthetic of a nice OTM gag as well. With some serious stuffing to properly muffing the damsel.

I always liked the idea of being tied up with someone else, specially wearing one specific type of ball gag that's designed to be shared between two people, where the sphere is really huge and has straps to one person on each end, forcing their lips to touch one another while they're gagged (making they share some drool too, probably). This sounds EXTREMELY hot to me, I would love to wear one of those while I'm bound to another person.

I like the idea of two people sharing a cleave gag - mouths stuffed and then rather than be knotted behind the head the two separate cleaves are tied together...

Interesting question....
There's a website/clip store (and yes I realise what I'm admitting to
the taboo of watching porn) called 'Limited Audience' where the bondage leans heavily towards Goth girls.
I've seen videos/images there of two girls tied face to face, gagged with a double headed penis gag. The design is of thick black belts around each head. The fact of what they're gagged with, the forced eye to eye contact, I always loved the idea.

This goes right down my alley, that kind of scene is basically a dream of mine, I want to take part in something like this so badly... I would be utterly elated to wear a double dildo gag with other fellow Goth cutie, being forced to maintain eye contact face to face, our lips covered in black lipstick constantly touching each other while we squirm against our restraints and moan together.
