Oooh I'd have to go with medieval/fantasy. Hopefully I would be tied up in some elegant fantastical clothes, and there'll be plenty of political drama and intrigue that see me being part of the overarching story. Hopefully there'll be a dungeon or two for me to spend my time as well :3
Would you rather:
-Be tied up snugly but not punishing, left at an abandoned building with not much prospect of getting help or finding other people if you do escape, or
-Be tied up very strictly with pretty much no chance of freeing yourself, left overnight in a building - let's say an office - where people will eventually come in the next morning and discover your
