The Nurse’s Abduction - Film 1 (F/F)

Nurse Kaci-Lee walks through the halls of the outpatient center going about her basic duties as a nurse in the practice of Dr. Madison V., a well-respected expert in gastroenterology. Since it was a gastroenterology center, endoscopies and colonoscopies were a routine matter here, and she was used to seeing tons of crap all day long. There was more crap afoot; the inventory was off. Someone was either not scanning drugs before using them… or stealing them.



The blonde didn’t know what to think of this discrepancy. She walked around the hospital in her blue scrubs, harboring a secret. Dr. Madison would know for sure though. Kaci-Lee had known her boss long enough to know she would never lie to her. Perhaps another nurse had stolen some of the drugs to sell illegally? There were various possibilities, but Kaci-Lee put them out of her mind because she had to get ready for a procedure. Watching her walk around the hospital was a treat for the men, whether employees or patients. She had brilliant blue eyes, a contagious smile, and a perfect figure.

“What is it, Dr. Madison?” Kaci-Lee asks the doctor.
“No polyps, just didn’t take a good enough dump beforehand,” she groaned.
“Well, Dr. V, our day just went to sh-t!” the happy blonde quips.
“For such a saccharine sweet thing, you know how to curse,” Nurse Penny retorts.
“Why thank you!”
“I’m here in the procedure room surrounded by turds!” Dr. V kindly wagged a finger at them.

Kaci recalled her own childhood, when she had an endoscopy done to check for celiac disease as a source of her own health problems, but it turned out not to be the problem. It was minor, but it was a memory that she looked back on and laughed. Turned out instead to be a really bad yeast infection! She had some food allergies, but this pizza-holic was glad it wasn’t celiac disease!

Her scrub caps and masks were worth the extra money. They had bright flowers and such upon them to add some happiness to the operating room, something that was appreciated by all of her colleagues but especially by her fellow nurse, Genevieve, who was a quiet girl who enjoyed her job perhaps the most of all the younger nurses in the practice.

“Gen, I need to ask you something.”
“Sure,” her fellow nurse responded, “I got a few minutes.”
“Kaci, you’re needed in room 114,” came via a direct text from the nursing station.

That got all of her attention, and soon she was in the room with a patient who had been through a procedure already and was ready to go home. That meant removing the IV lines, bandaging up the person, and getting them into a wheelchair to be brought out to their transport home. It was a rougher duty when the person needed to be helped into the chair, but most didn’t.

“Kaci, you’re needed in room 111,” came via the next direct text from the nursing station.
“Look, I do keep up with my duties in order,” she reminded the station, “Patience is golden.”
“I know the feeling,” Nurse Penny said, “People can be so testy!”
“I need a vacation,” Kaci-Lee shook her head, “It’s been over a year without one.”
“Don’t forget about room 111,” Penny smiled and walked away.

She forgot about her problems, and at the end of the day she went home without a word about it. She remembered as soon as she opened that same cabinet the next day, though, and this time her friend Nurse Genevieve was with her. The disturbed look on Kaci-Lee’s face immediately told a story to the ever curious girl. Genevieve was slightly taller and had shoulder length brown hair, but she was much stronger and could easily be seen as such even with the scrubs.

“What is missing? You are counting,” the friend spoke in a lovely French accent.
“Some of the numbing agents. You don’t think someone’s stealing them, do you?”
“I do not know. I hope not, but I suppose they may.”
“If they are, hopefully we shall catch them. Tell Maddy if you’re so worried.”
“Oh, Genevieve, only you would so casually call her that without saying ‘Doctor’ first.”
“She is my co-worker,” the brunette shrugged, “There are strange things here for sure.”
“That’s for sure,” Kaci-Lee smiled, “And it’s one of the workers.”
“For example, in the floor plan, there is space unaccounted for behind Maddy’s office.”

Kaci-Lee raised an eyebrow at that. She’d heard the rumors, but never had a nurse been so bold as to look at the floorplans. A building like this could easily have excess space, so to Kaci-Lee it was a so-called “nothing burger” that she put out of her mind. When Kaci-Lee next saw Dr. V, the blonde quietly explained the issue with the missing materials.

“Dr. V, someone has been using lidocaine without scanning it out.”
“Really?” Dr. V seemed disturbed by that, “I’ll have Nurse Penny take a count. We’ll talk after work, OK?”
“In your office?” Kaci-Lee asked her employer, “I can understand wanting to keep this quiet.”
“Yeah, we’ll talk and then get hammered after since it’s Friday.”
“Ha ha! Doctor, you are a funny one. I’ll pass on the hammering, but we’ll talk.”
“No problem, Nurse. Practices always want nurses like you, Penny, and Gen.”

That put an even bigger smile on Nurse Kaci-Lee’s face. Her concerns were appreciated by Dr. V and being put into the hands of perhaps the most trustworthy nurse in the practice. She didn't need to worry any longer because she knew the problem would be resolved. Hopefully, the culprit would be found, and order would be restored.

“I’ll be talking to Dr. V after this,” she told Genevieve at the end of the shift.
“Great! Hopefully you two can piece it all together!” the brunette responded hopefully.
“I think so. Between me and her, we’ll get it all figured out,” Kaci drank from a water bottle.
“Good luck with that. I have to go. See you on Monday,” Gen turned to leave.
“Yeah, see you on Monday!” Kaci-Lee waved to her friend.

An outpatient medical center is actually quite creepy when it’s empty and you’re alone with just the doctor. Kaci-Lee felt like she was on the set of one of those horror movies she’d watch when she was in college. It was especially creepy one the main lights were off and only the ones for in case of an emergency or for the janitor were around.

Thankfully, Dr. V. was here with Kaci. She felt like Dr. V was fearless, the type who did judo or some other kind of self-defense, and that nothing could happen to her as long as Dr. V was here in the building with her. The long blonde hair blue-eyed girl took her phone out and posed for a selfie inside the dark building. That one went to Penny and Genevieve.

“Thanks for coming, Kaci,” the doctor sat in her chair and smiled, “I found out who the thief is.”
“Oh, you did? Great!” Kaci-Lee smiled, too, “I don’t want to know who it was. Just fire them.”
“I can’t fire myself,” the doctor’s face grew grim.
“What? You’re being silly!” the nurse was still a bit too trusting.
“I mean it,” the doctor opened a drawer, “I’m the thief. Ekaf-istan’s doctors pay good money for it, and I send it to one of their storage lockers in the few nations that are on good terms with both them and the good old US of A.”

Dr. V first pulled out some straps that looked like restraints from a mental hospital. Kaci knew them only from what she saw in movies. She didn’t understand or realize that she was in danger until she saw the strange smile on Dr. V’s face. The doctor was serious; she really was skimming from her own office, defrauding both health insurance companies and her employees. When she stood up, Kaci-Lee froze in her position, seized by fear.

Suddenly, the doctor’s curly brown hair seemed unnerving. The doctor had transformed from a lovable ball of energy into something menacing. Dr. V now looked more like an evil scientist in the process of kidnapping a damsel upon which she would perform evil experiments. The doctor walked over to the nurse, who was still in her distinctive blue scrubs, and strapped her wrists to the arms of the chair. They were strong brown belt-like devices.

“What are you doing?!” Kaci-Lee tried to remain calm.
“Just doing what I need to do,” the brown eyes now seemed empty and evil.
“You’re not going to kill me?! NO!” the nurse panicked.
“I have no intentions of killing you,” the formerly good doctor was frighteningly casual.
“Dr. V, please don’t do this! Please!” she pleaded, but her pleas fell upon deaf ears.
“Be quiet!” Dr. V jammed a black 2 inch ball gag into her mouth, “I won’t kill you.”
“GUHHHHH!”
“You’ve been too good of a nurse. No! I’m going to experiment on you! Muahahahaaaa!”

Kaci-Lee watched helplessly as the evil doctor strapped her legs, arms, and trunk in more places. A clear-cut plan wasn’t apparent to the young lady. The doctor then sat back down in her chair and watched the girl struggle in the brown straps that bound her to the wooden chair. Kaci-Lee couldn’t believe that she had gone from noticing what could have been a clerical error to losing her life at the hands of her boss, a boss who had until 10 minutes ago seemed like a paragon of the virtues of a medical professional.

She flexed her wrists, but nothing happened. Her torso was crushed against the chair. She’d also seen bondage in those movies, but this was her first time restrained or gagged. Terror seized the young girl while she looked around her. Drool formed on the ball of the gag. If she died, all she hoped was that her parents would know and be able to give her a proper burial. She didn’t cry as there was too much adrenaline flowing through her body for that.

The blonde nurse tried to resist the straps that held her captive, but with the doctor right there she had no chance of successfully escaping anyway. Dr. V opened another drawer and grabbed a bag and a line that Kaci-Lee recognized as one of the short-term bags of anesthesia and the needle to inject it. She thrashed in the chair even more. This couldn’t be real, could it? She wasn’t really about to be euthanized or even sedated, was she? Those movies seemed less terrifying now.

“I’m sorry, Kaci, but you gave me no choice,” Dr. V got a “perfect IV” into the girl’s arm.
“OWWWWW!” Kaci-Lee felt the pain of the invasion of the needle.
“You’ll go to sleep soon… and you’ll wake up in another place where no one will ever find you.”
“Noo! Hease no! Ah won’h hell anyuhn,” she begged and watched as the bag was attached.
“Good night, Kaci-Lee. Unfortunately, chloroform doesn’t work like in the movies. I don’t want your lungs to collapse.”
“Mmmmmmmm,” she wailed one last desperate time.

Then everything went black.

I am using "End of Film" to make it clear that there is something more afoot here than a standard kidnapping because otherwise the succeeding chapters would be too spine-chilling for a story.

Agreed! The last person i suspected was the Doctor herself. But then, that's would good writers often do, take the reader by surprise.

I thought the choice of the doctor was a bit trite and predictable myself, but then I guess in classic trope Penny or Genevieve would have more likely been the culprit.

Again, the term “film” is to make it clear that this is an acted out scene because otherwise such a tale would be far too dark.

The Nurse’s Abduction - Film 2 (F/F)

Kaci-Lee opened her eyes and felt groggy that when she tried to stand up nothing happened. It was like she was paralyzed even, and her attempts to talk were muffled. She tried to scratch an itch on her nose, but her arm didn't move. She passed out just as a light flashed to illuminate the room. It had to be a dream, a nightmare. It just had to be.

“Mmmph!” she groggily opened her eyes again.

She was on her stomach, and she forgot what had happened until she attempted to move her arms and found them able to move only an inch. She was bound and gagged still. Turning her head, she realized she was tied to a hospital bed. This must be the room that Genevieve mentioned in their earlier conversation. What time was it?

“Gmmmm,” she whimpered softly.
“Ah, finally, you're awake. While you were out, I left your car by a McDonald’s and threw your phone into the pond behind it. People will think you were abducted at random at a restaurant.”
“Nooooooooo!” Kaci-Lee yelled out in agony.
“You know,” the doctor walked over to her and knelt on one knee, “That rope is good stuff.”
“Unhie -e, -on’t -ou?” the captive pleaded for her life.
“Kaci, I promise. I won't kill you. I can't have you blabbing though. I’m really sorry about the big bruise on your arm from the anesthesia, too. I’m just going to do some tests on you.”

The room was indeed about as wide as Dr. V’s office, and it was about 15 feet deep. Along the same wall were 5 outdated hospital beds that all believed to have been discarded. The walls and floors and ceiling were all the same as those found in the rest of the center, and the beds had the familiar pale green sheets on them. At the back was a bathroom.

Kaci-Lee looked at her wrists and saw the clothesline that tied her arms to the corners of the bed, and she tugged on her legs and felt the same. This was an effective imprisonment. The ball gag remained in her mouth, and she was still in her scrubs. Wiggling her toes informed her that she still had her shoes and socks. What was going to happen to her?

“Well, Nurse Kaci, I have officially filed you as having quit after a dispute with me.”
“Nooo!” that made Kaci-Lee angry, “Mmm mmmm mmmmmmm!”
“Ever have a fantasy?” the doctor walked up to the drawer unit beside the bed and opened it.
“Hmmmm?” Kaci-Lee couldn't believe how calm and nonchalant Dr. V was about this.
“Yeah, fantasies. Sleeping with a boy or being invited to give a lecture.”
“Mmm hmm,” the captive answered honestly without realizing what was coming to her.
“Well, I’m a gastroenterologist, right?” Dr. V began pulling down Kaci-Lee’s pants.
“Heeyyyyy! Noooo! NO NO NOOOOO! Nooooo!” she thrashed but only tired herself.
“Yeah,” the doctor climbed on the bed, “Mine is strap-on butt sex with a nurse in scrubs.”
“AGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!” she shrieked when she was anally invaded.

Kaci-Lee didn't see the rubber dildo, but she felt it and knew it felt worse than the real deal. She was the nurse; how could Dr. V do this to a colleague that was more friend than underling? They were here alone, and Kaci-Lee was getting hammered after all. Dr. V’s double entendre made an awful reality though. “Dr. V, please don't do this to me. I won't snitch! Your secret is safe with me!” she begged.
“I’m sorry, Kaci, but I cannot take the chances. Besides, no one knows except us.”
“Please!” she tried crying now, “I’m begging you!”
“Nurse,” the doctor coldly put a big ring gag in her mouth, this is unbecoming of you.”
“No, no, no!” Kaci-Lee wailed before the doctor took her from the front as well, “GUHH!”
“Not as fun as the rear, but maybe I can make you enjoy it a little more,” the evil doctor smiled.

Once again, Dr. Madison was hammering Kaci-Lee. This time, there was a familiar burn inside her body that accompanied it, the burn of an unwanted arousal. At this point, the doctor took a pink bandana from her pocket and blindfolded Kaci-Lee with it so that the victim's eyes would stop distracting her despite their beauty. If you look at Kaci-Lee’s feet, you will see a sweaty foot bound with rope. Then the scene fades to her on her stomach and bound with zips in the same manner. Then she's on her back. Then it is wires in the same front-back sequence. Then chains. Then clothesline. Then scarves. With each fade out, her feet become dirtier until they are discolored from filth from not being cleaned properly in days or even a week. Sometimes the legs or arms are spread; others they're together.

Each day was a routine. Morning release, bathroom break, breakfast, bound, lunch release, next bathroom break, bound, violated, wait, evening release, bathroom break, bound, violated worse than the other time, fresh gag of Dr. V’s socks from that day, making Kaci-Lee a human washing machine for clothes. It was a cycle, a vicious cycle, but Kaci never gave up hope. She knew her friend’s Genevieve and Penny would eventually rescue her.

“And soon, look at those snoops,” Dr. Vee grabbed Kaci-Lee by the breast, “You’ll be reunited!”

“Don't worry. I have one last patient, and then it's playtime!”

Dr. Vee left Kaci-Lee behind with great satisfaction before heading out to see her final patient for not only the day but also the weekend. The doctor had a little spring in her step and waved to her nurses Genevieve and Penny while she walked to the procedure room to follow-up with that last patient so the person could be sent home. Kaci-Lee tried to struggle, but she knew the feeling of death. She had seen terminal patients, and she knew she was dying from malnutrition, from the psychological trauma, and from the lack of appropriate exercise.

“Is it just me, or has Dr. Vee been acting kind of crazy lately?” Genevieve soon asked Penny.
“It's not just you. She's been acting weird since Kaci disappeared,” Penny nodded.
“I don't think Kaci quit for no reason. Dr. Vee knows something is up.”
“Ever get anywhere on your locked room mystery either?”
“Yeah, I think there's a secret entrance in the closet in Dr. Vee’s office,” Genevieve confided.
“And what magical land does she hide back there?” Penny was sarcastic about it all.
“Well, Dr. Vee goes to her office for lunch, but one day I went in there almost right behind her, and she wasn't there.”
“You act like she's got a video camera on us. Strange. The lidocaine counts are off.”
“That's what Kaci-Lee was investigating,” Genevieve continued, “When she disappeared.”

Penny looked at Genevieve with a curious look before looking at what appeared to be a standard security camera in the corner. She looked back to Genevieve and sighed. Penny knew she was in a corner now with one of her best friends right before her and holding all the cards. Just then, an idea came to Penny’s mind; she was curious about this mystery as well.

“Dr. Vee’s with a patient until the end of the day; let’s go snooping,” Penny said, “C’mon.”
“I knew your curiosity would get the best of you,” Genevieve gave her a pat on the back.
“Based on the map, there has to be some sort of secret passage in her closet, right?”
“That’s what I said,” Genevieve said while they stared at spare lab coats and scrubs.
“Hey! There's a slot in the corner here. Look,” little Penny forced the door open, “Let's go.”
“Holy sh-t. Look at who's tied up in there.”
“Kaci-Lee! Kaci-Lee, it's us!” Genevieve moaned, but Kaci-Lee had a red bandana blindfold.
“Mmm mmm mmm!”
“Quick! I hear footsteps!” the brunette whispered, “Let's go looking in those boxes.”
“I’m hiding,” Penny ducked into the gap.

Now Genevieve had to make it look natural at this point when she was far from natural in her poking around like this. Picking through boxes shouldn't be necessary, right? But, Genevieve now observed that some of the boxes were empty boxes from lidocaine shipments. How many such lidocaine bottles had Dr. Vee been illegally selling all this time? Was Dr. Vee engaged in a criminal drug distribution ring?

“What are you doing in here?” Dr. Vee demanded of her new captive.
“Just making sure supplies are in good order. I needed samples,” Genevieve told a truth.
“Get out,” the evil doctor flashed a gun, “Take a seat.”
“Doctor,” the now captive girl was afraid, “What are you doing to me?”
“Ekaf-istan makes me good money via an international storage facility. They need lidocaine.”
“What are you doing?” the captive was almost a damsel-in-distress.

With the gun pointed right at her, Genevieve was helpless when Dr. Vee strapped the nurse to the arms, legs, and back of the chair, strapping the chair with brown straps until it no longer would let go. Into her mouth went a bright red 2.25 inch ball gag. She was trapped, and she knew it. A quick attempt to escape the numerous bonds proved her point exactly.

Dr. Vee walked around Genevieve and gently pulled the victim’s hair out of the way before she tightened the gag and straps a second time for security. The evil doctor reached over and fondled her captive a bit, but she let it rest. Instead, she got things ready for the most sinister tactic there could be. It was time for that wondrous punishment.

“Now, I’ll just add this baggy of anesthesia, and you’ll be out for 15 minutes or so.”
“No, no, nooooo!” the damsel wailed, “-on’h ho thith! Owwwwww!” she cried at the needle.
“Don't worry. I won't kill you,” the doctor seemed to like this.
“No!” she wailed, but soon she was out, with the doctor leaving the bag in her until it was empty.
“Hey, Kaci-Lee-eeeeee, we have companyyyyyyy!”

Genevieve had her pants removed and, while still unconscious, was tied into a rope spreadeagle bondage on her back. Kaci had a strap-on attached to her so it plunged into Genevieve, but her own crotch wasn't exposed. She was also tied spreadeagle, but she was face down against her new co-captive. Their gags were replaced with a double ball gag, and much rope secured their torsos and crotches to force their bodies together. Now, the doctor cut a slot in Kaci’s scrubs.

Now they waited the few minutes needed for Genevieve to regain consciousness. The bandana over Kaci-Lee’s eyes somehow made everything even more frightening than it was. Was this the end for both herself and for Genevieve? She hoped it wasn't, that Penny somehow had figured it all out and was calling for help. In fact, from a dark corner of the passageway, Penny watched it all unfold and even caught some of it using Genevieve's phone camera since she hadn't her own.

Penny knew time was of the essence now. She had to slip away and call for help, but her phone was in her locker at the other end of the building. With horror in her eyes, she watched Dr. Vee jam herself into Kaci-Lee, not only pushing her into anal sex but also pushing hapless Genevieve into receiving vaginal strap-on sex from Kaci-Lee. Penny winced at the sight and took off.

Enough time had been wasted that now Penny, the doctor, and the captives were alone inside the creepy building. She moved as quickly as possible and dialed the familiar three digit number for emergency services and waited for an operator. It was her alone against Dr. Vee until the police arrived to save her.

“Southside Emergency Call Center, how may I help you?”
“This is Nurse Penny over at Southside Outpatient Gastroenterology. I just watched the doctor here assault, tie up, and r-pe one of my coworkers. She's keeping her and another coworker of mine prisoner in a room behind her closet,”Penny maintained her poise, “The office is #155, and you can't miss the passageway.”
“I hear you Penny! I’ll do amore violent colonoscopy on you than I just did on Kaci-Lee!”
“I heard that! Help’s on the way!”
“Thanks,” Penny hung up the phone, “You're through Dr. Vee! If you can catch me!”

Penny had one advantage: that she was fast and nimble. Dr. Vee might have been stronger and faster, but she couldn't dart around corners and objects like Penny could. Penny knew the doctor would slowly catch up to her. She had to make sure that no tricks occurred as she ran around the building, such as Dr. Vee turning around or waiting around a corner.

She took advantage of a moment and dashed into the doctor's office, quietly locking the door and running into the secret room with a pair of medical scissors. The blindfold and gagged Kaci-Lee was still helplessly humping Genevieve while they shared the double gag. Penny snipped all of the ropes that bound them in their respective positions and torqued their crotches together before ducking back into the slot in the walls between the rooms, a space of which Dr. Vee seemed to be completely unaware. As soon as Penny was in position, the doctor arrived and saw her captives, who were feigning that they were stuck.

“Come and get me!” Penny took off running again, dashing out of the office.
“Why you little monster! Get back here!” the doctor seethed and followed after her.
“Yes!” she saw the flashing lights outside the door and ran to throw the doors open.
“Where is she?” one of the rescue team asked her.
“That's her right there! Dr. Madison Vee! You're through, selling things to Ekaf-istan!”
“Where are the others?”
“In here!” Penny led them to the weary Kaci-Lee and the terrified Genevieve.

It was an emotional and weak walk by the victims as they headed to the waiting ambulance. The girls needed medical help, and Kaci-Lee was seriously malnourished, dehydrated, and terrified by all that had happened to her. These things didn't stop her though from giving Penny a hug in the brief moments she had before the ambulance took her and Genevieve away; the police took Dr. Vee away and were raiding the building.

It was a week later exactly, the next Saturday, that Kaci-Lee was released from the hospital amid much media coverage of her ordeal. As soon as she could, she found a quiet patch of grass near her own home and laid on her back in it. Her right hand held Penny’s left, and her right held the fellow captive Genevieve's right.

“You risked your lives to save me. I can never make it up to you two,” she said, “Thank you so much! Friendship like yours can't be beaten!”

And they rolled in the grass, hugging, giggling, and kissing, in celebration of their victory.

There happened to be a medical office that was moving,and Alexandra Waktkins loves butt sex more than any other. With that in mind, I, Mary-Ann, decided to make a more plot-based film to sell, and I begrudgingly allowed some lower nudity into a film in which I participated. My idea was rejected by the producers at Nabber Cellar, so we founded Maddy Tied Her and made this the first film of my independent company. A legend was born! Heeee hee hee heeee!

I have certain rules that I followed going forward, including no actual sexual acts. She had to go over to NC if she wanted that in a film, but she gradually chose me over the butt sex. We’re all a team, and we’ve made a host of films over the years, mostly featuring no nudity whatsoever as I am a Roman Catholic. It's a dichotomy, but it's bondage-themed real films. You'll see!
