In case of shoes I prefer non-consensual scenario. It's more exciting in my opinion.

Great story!!! I espeacily like the part when the poor boy hears Shawn is feeling bad about using his dirty sock as a gag (and the gag stays where is it ). I'm pretty sure he must to be pleased somewhere deep in his soul .

For me its definitely stuffed sock secured by tape or by other sock (soccer are the best for this case). And the second best option is knotgag from two socks.
