Yes, very triggered by talk of gags. Also blindfold, blindfolded, and that is more likely to come up than gags. Love it.

I most commonly do a self hogtie. It can be very effective with only 3 lengths of rope. I tie my ankles together, then with the 2nd rope I make a cinch noose on one end and wind the other end around the ankle rope in between my ankles.
