Stories of Tie Up Games

I am looking for a story told from the writer’s perspective, posted about three years ago I think. The writer babysits for a neighbor’s two daughters, and ties them both up. When their mother comes back early, the writer hand-gags her, and the story ends there. The neighbors all have Japanese names.
