My preferences really just boil down to “soft” bondage over “heavy”…not a fan of anything leather, ballgags, locks, or chains (a pair of handcuffs is about as metal as I’d go).

I'm feel bad when pain is involved like waxing, whipping, piercing, etc.. I know some people enjoy the experience and respect that.

Tape & OTM gags tend to be my favorites (a consequence of mostly seeing them on TV while growing up).

There were a few times growing up where I played tie up games at friend’s houses; and their parents or siblings walked in while either I or my friend were tied up.

Once, was with my friend’s older sister (who thankfully didn’t even think much of it; and briefly participated).

Not at this specific moment, and not when I'm surfing on this site or similar sites. However, I have on a very few rare occasions self-tied myself to a chair and gagged myself while writing a story in order to get in the right mindset after a long writer's block spell.

Can’t remember how old I was exactly…I was young…but I saw a lady in an old movie “That Darn Cat” tied to a chair & OTM gagged.

I’d seen other characters tied & gagged by that point…from “Aladdin” and “Hunchback of Notre Dame”, “Scooby Doo” and “Inspecter Gadget”…but ...

There are times when I’m writing, or doing home office work, that I either put on an OTM gag or a piece or two of duct tape; but that’s usually when I’m envisioning some kind of story to go along with it.

Growing up, it was one of my favorite stories to emulate.

Grabbed by the bad guys, stuffed inside the back of a van or the backseat of some car; tied and gagged and struggling. Possibly blindfolded, too.

Then brought back to a hideout, and stashed in some back room or basement, tied to a chair ...

I, too, used karate belts when I first started out.

I thankfully had several white belts; and they actually remain fairly exceptional for tying feet, legs, or wrists together. : )

I also had a plentiful supply of different-colored Paisley bandanas for OTM gags; and I would occasionally “borrowâ ...

Ha, I liked the story.
