It was very effective. Just be careful, it has an elasticity to it like a rubber band. It'll stretch as you peel it off the roll, then retract again. Self tightening is a nice effect, but not when you get into cutting off circulation ...

This afternoon, I had some unexpected alone time today, and decided to do some self bondage. All I had handy was some electrical tape, so I ran with it. Tell you what, that was the first tape gag that was truly effective without stuffing! It took a lot of tape to do it, but I legit could not get it ...
